सर्दी का मौसम आते ही जिले में मिलावटी दूध का डेयरियों पर कारोबार बढ़ जाता है। जहां दूधिया और डेयरी संचालक जमकर कमाई करते हैं, वहीं इससे लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को भारी नुकसान होता है। लोगों की ओर से कई बार इस संबंध में मांग उठाने के बाद भी स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है।नहारिका गांव के शौकीन एडवोकेट, चितोड़ा के मोहम्मद फारुख, साकरस के शमीम अहमद, बघोला के मोहम्मद आरिफ आदि ने बताया कि जिले में हर तीसरे गांव में दूध की डेयरी खुली हुई है। सर्दी का मौसम आते ही डेयरी व ग्रामीण दूधियों को चांदी हो जाती हैं। नकली दूध का कारोबार एकाएक बढ़ जाता है। मिलावटी दूध की सारी खपत किसी न किसी रूप में शहरों में होती है। शहर के लोग जहरीला दूध खरीद रहे हैं।

कैसे होती है दूध में मिलावट //How is adulteration of milk
एक लीटर दूध में पहले कपड़े धोने की ईजी बड़े बर्तन में मिलाई जाती है। उसके बाद एक लीटर रिफाइंड मिलाया जाता है। लगभग आधे घंटे तीनों को मिलाकर 10 लीटर पानी मिला कर 12 किलो दूध तैयार किया जाता है। इसके बाद इसमें यूरिया खाद, गीली ग्लूकोस या फिर पनीर का गंदा पानी मिलाया जाता है। दूधिया 10 लीटर से 100-100 लीटर तक दूध बनाकर डेयरियों पर बेच रहे हैं।
